Peter's substantial management experience is underpinned by a sound theoretical understanding of behaviour, management, and cultural change strategies.  He has extensive experience as a trainer and educator of adults in a variety of settings and is a proficient behavioural change and personal growth facilitator.  Peter uses his clinical knowledge of the impact of substance on decision making to build a holistic understanding of individual and team performance in terms of biological, psychological and social inputs.  He is experienced in psychometric assessment and is expert in interviewing techniques and strategies.
